Looks like it uses the current '06 & '07 radios.
New HVAC controls
Can't make out if audio controls are on the steering wheel.
Manual mode on the automatic. RedLine only?
Sporty gauge cluster. RedLine only?
Odd slot on the dash, bottom left of the interior shot.
Not crazy about the huge spoke at the bottom of the steering wheel.
Engine sounds healthy in the video.
Dual exhaust tips look sweet!

Strange looking door mounted rear vue mirrors.
Reminds me of little ears they put on a big bloated dog in cartoons. Ren & Stimpy-ish?

Nice lower grill - is that where the inter-cooler goes? ;)

looking at the front closer it looks like it will have the Sky mouth flares on the bottom

Yeh, the wide mouth bass look has me wondering....:D
I don't have a fishing license, so I'll keep my 06.
However, curious george is keen to see how the marriage of opel and saturn turned out, and will be visitng the dealer when they come out, for curiosity's sakes.:D

Looks really nice!
I can see how they could make it smaller due to the outlook, but I think the VUE is a nice size now...hopefully it's not smaller or if it is, only marginally so
Everyone else is going larger..so potentially is there a market for smaller SUVs opening up????

I like it. I'm actually surprised at how similar the interior is to the Antara...I didn't expect that level of similarity. I can't imagine we'd get the Antara steering wheel, though...I'd think we'd get get the wheel from the Aura, current VUE, etc.

It looks like the interior isn't quite trimmed out yet. And I suspect we will get the current Saturn steering wheel.
I've heard all along that the next VUE will be smaller. I suspect it is for two reasons: To align it better with the competition (CRV, RAV4, etc.) and to make room for the larger Outlook. It should help fuel economy, too.

The RAV4 is now the size of the VUE. It looks the VUE won't offer a third row seat like the RAV4. There wouldn't be enough headroom in the back and not enough space as it is for there to be a third row that would be useful except for kids (like the RAV4's).

Maybe they're trying to avoid the evil auto critics by downsizing slightly.
Without the 3rd seat they'll say "with a size similar to the RAV 4 one wonders why GM doesn't put a 3rd row in it to get the most use and versitility out of it's made over platform."
With the 3rd row they'll say "GM tries yet again to revamp an aging platform with dodads like a 3rd row that is completely unsueable except for small childern."
Damend if you do, damned if you don't.

The RAV4 has been criticized for the small 3rd row. The next CR-V won't have a 3rd row, which is a good thing IMO. The RAV4 now cancels out the Highlander. The CR-V won't cancel out the Pilot in any way, it seems.
Personally, I don't think the RAV4's third row is worth it. It's $700-900 (US money...what's it in Canada), it takes up space, and can only be used by children. If somebody needs the 3rd row enough, they'll get a larger vehicle. I'd pocket the $700-900 and save it, and use it to rent a minivan if I need to carry more than 5.
Damend if you do, damned if you don't.
That should be GM's new slogan. I feel exactly the same way.

I like what I see so far.
It looks as if the next-generation VUE is adopting the trapezoid-shaped exhaust tips from the Sky/Outlook.

If you look closely you can see a saturn emblem covered with black tape, so i would say this is what is coming

Yeah, I saw that...but I can't see the VUE getting a different, unique steering wheel. I'd imagine the current one would go in.
I'm hoping there's optional auto A/C and that it gets LED gauges like the Aura. I'd think there's a chance for the former, as the new RAV4 has auto A/C in Limited trim and more others have or are likely to have it. I'm not so sure about the latter, though...it may be a strech. (The gauge cluster in the pic isn't an LED one, but there's always a chance....)
