Vue 2003 Keyfobs not working

Hello;

Both keyfobs quit working. Tried manual synchronization as per 2002 body FSM but no response from vehicle.

Bought CP9125 Scan Code reader, no codes show up for body. No Service soon or service now lamp lit.

I saw the pre-2001 instructions to relearn the keyfobs...assume it is more difficult to force the vehicle to relearn it's owners fobs?

I would think that I would see codes on the code reader but maybe it is ignoring the body codes? I have no experience with the scan code reader so a little help would go a long way.

mine were replace because of an issue with the FOB that was a "known problem". (Just love how they way that at the dealer. NOT!) I have since had to replace the battery. That would be the first thing I would try. battery is a CR2032 BTW.
