Can anyone help me with my hazzard switch? I have a 04 Vue. The hazzard switch is on the dash just left of the center vents. When I went to use the hazzards, the switch pushed into the dash leaving a hole. I got behind the switch and tried to push it back into its hold. No luck. The dealer says there is no clip to hold it, its just supposed to "snap" into the hole. No dice, I push until I'm flexing the dash... no snap. Any ideas???:dizzy: :dizzy: :dizzy:

Sorry, That was uncalled for, I would find a friend in the auto biz or try Autozone / Checker / Pep Boys and thumb through a manuel. After market will be cheeper by far. :usa:

Most likely the holder for the switch is broken. You will need to replace it, easy to do---held in by screws on the back of the trim piece. mostlikely only availible from Saturn

Looks like a new switch bezel (the holder the switch clips into) lists for $11.69.

Mine did not fall in but I noticed it was cracked while doing some head unit swapping one time, so I just epoxied the bezel to the switch, which also happens to make the switch much more solid in the dash once reassembled.

Both of the previous two posts will work just fine, depending on situation. Choose which one works for you, or do both. Buy the reatining bezel, and epoxy it to the dash bezel. :D Wont ever get forced thruogh again!

it's a cheap clip. Dealer wanted to fix mine for 85$ I laughed. took the console apart and used a hot glue gun. Been working great for long time now. :)

I posted something about the hazzard button on Monday and was pointed to this thread. Same thing happened to me. Saturn wants $100 for the repair. Is there a manual that tells me how to get into the dashboard to push the button back out so I can then tape it or hot glue it?
