:?: With all the hype around the "Rings", just wondering if anyone is planning on going the the NYIAS? its a four hr drive from here ..I may pick up my dad in CT and head down ... Anyone else thinking of going ..>Charlie for give me if this is the wrong place to post :D

plan to catch it opening day and visit friends in Joisey......concept Camaro is at the top of the "to see" list :D

This should probably be in the General Discussion forum, but whatever...

I would LOVE to be able to go. It would be a 1300 mile round-trip though. :(

I'll definitely be there on the first Saturday, April 15. I've been to every NY Auto Show since 1986, so I have to keep the string going. First stop, naturally, will be the Saturn display.

Hopefully I'll see a few fellow SaturnFans there. Oh wait, I don't know what you look like.

I was originally going to go before my car got wrecked, as I was saving up for a trip to NY. But now, my plans have changed, and most likely I won't be able to.

I am so there, which is a benefit of having the show right in my own backyard. The new Saturns alone will be worth the price of admission.:D

I wish I could go to New York to see the Aura, Sky Redline, Outlook, and the Saturn concept whether it be the Astra or '08 VUE.

In all but one of the seven years I've gone to NYIAS, it's been on the first Saturday open to the general public, so I'd have to say April 15th.

The website says that public days begin on Friday April 14th. Also says the 14th is a "special public sneak preview". Also says Saturn the 15th is the "official opening day". What the heck does all this mean? Is it open on Friday or not?
