If this is the new Vue, it's pretty darn nice looking. AutoWeek Forum (http://forums.autoweek.com/thread.jspa?forumID=31&threadID=23599&tstart=0)

If this is what the next generation Vue will look like I'm definitely getting one.

Thumbs up!!!

Hopefully they can keep the price reasonable, with a powerful engine that gets good mileage!

Sorry but, I think I will keep the one I have when those come out. The front looks good but the rear is ugly.

Not sure I like it either. The shape looks like a Pontiac Vibe with a few more inches of ground clearance.

Does look like a Vibe.....not that it is a bad thing :)

I absolutely hate the Vibe (various reasons). I myself will stick with my 04, although I do really like the interior of this one

Hints of Mercedes in the front, Hyundai in the back. Not so sure it works well.

I'll probably pass. Since its opel does that mean its a foreign car built in euro?

A little less dynamic than the 2-door show version but i still like it! I love my VUE so much that this will probably be my next vehicle purchase. I hope we get the nav unit too!

Actually, i think the Opel Antara will be built in Korea by Daewoo but the Saturn VUE is most likely going to be built somewhere in the US... or North America at least.

I like the VUE as we have it now. Especially like the '06 (we have an '05.) Not sure about the Korean-ization of GM. Granted it's cheaper to put a (insert GM name here) badge on a Korean model, it's not necessarily what the customers want. Saturn customers want Saturns, not Daewoos!

I really like the interior. Lets hope that they redesign those rear view mirrors for the Saturn version. They should be integrated into the side of the car, not coming up from the door panel.

I like the front but I'm not sure about the back. The interior looks pretty nice. I can't wait until the New York Autoshow where we will see the '08 VUE concept.

Right. They want their cars to come from Japanese companies like Honda, Toyota and Nissan or from Korean companies such as Hyundai or Kia. Considering the fact that more Asian cars are sold in this country then domestics, doesn't it stand to reason that it was a wise choice of GM to purchase Daewoo, whose fit and finish is just as good as ToyoHonda? Seems that's all buyers are looking for is that paper thin door gap or perfectly touchable dashboard that the Asian makers seem to have perfected. The message to GM was "Hey, wake up and smell the Global Economy. Keep up or get left behind."
