Was wondering if anyone knows how to change the shift knob on a 03' vue. I cant take the dull vinyl knob anymore and want to get the leather one instead.

oh by the way its an Auto Trans...
Long story short - it requires a hacksaw, large screwdriver, and a hammer I think.
Search the forums - I think I read about it here - for the manual trani anyway.
The shift bar is actually shaped like a T at the top and the knobs are molded around them. Unlike the userfriendly type of other vehicles - they don't just unscrew. :(
