Car - 2003 Saturn Vue with factory single CD radio.

On the back of the radio there is a 10 pin connector, any ideas what this is for?

The main radio plug is right next to it ... this female plug is empty.

one use is for low level onstar inputs and muting for onstar

If it is like other GM radios then the second port supports a changer as well.

Could it be used as AUX for a video monitor?

If you mean having sound for some audio/video device play through the vehicle's head unit (radio) then the answer is...

do a search for aux2car. That is a way to have L-R audio (RCA female) to the disc changer port in the back. Looks like only 1995-1999 Saturns:
