New Smilies & Emoticons

Two new message icons were added to the selection of emoticons that are available when making a post. They should look familiar, because they were available in the old message board... I had forgotten to move them over when I first opened up this new board.

In addition, a number of new smilies were also uploaded to the system. Let me know what you think! Thank you for all your suggestions and feedback.
