I really want rims im not sure if i should get 16's or 17's i heard that 17's bend easy and the next questions is i want to get NO2 but i have no idea where to start.

i have a 99 sl1

The larger the rims the more they weigh. The larger the rim the smaller the sidewall the less the tire can absorb the bumps in the road. 17's are nice, but require you to always keep a close eye on everything for flat tires and the ride will suffer big time. As for the weight, any extra weight that you put on the wheels is like 10 times that of what you put in the trunk. 17" Focal F5's weigh in at 47lbs each with tires.
NOS will help curb that power loss from added weight and depending on the $$ you want to spend I suggest the Venom NOS kit. It's a little pricy, but will help prevent detonation by forcing an additional injector pulse for optimim air/fuel mixtures. It also has multiple working modes and can be tuned via a laptop. Check out there site for more details and ask around because some Saturn people are going a group purchase right now.
