I have a 01SC2 that I may be downsizing for a 98 SL2 (I know, I know, but the back seat is getting cumbersome for my 14yr old etc..)

Anyway, what can I do to the SL2 to make the suspension/steering feel more like a SC2? I like the tight feeling I get in the SC2, and the SL2 feels kind of loose. I do have springs in the sc2 1.5' drop, so I may transfer them over, and I know the car is lower to the ground, but just the overall driving and steering/handling feels tighter and heavier in the SC2..

Thanks,

Try a strut tower brace and give the SL2 a performance alignment. That should "tighten" it up alot. If those don't help it enough get a bigger/adjustable anti-sway bar for the rear.

make sure you transfer the parts from the sc2 to the sl2, for one. as far as the steering goes, the sc2 has a 16:1 ratio which is quicker than the 18:1 ratio in the sl2 so unless you get a new rack and pinion,... :)
