sprint springs are what you're looking for then. Dont be fooled by the 2" drop advertized.. they really only drop about 1.5". These springs are really nice for the money though. I've had mine for over a year and a half and they've been cut to achieve a lower drop and STILL ride nice.. no bounce. I think I got mine for $130 here in Miami installed.

I got them for $130 installed.. springs and installation. The place is on US1 near the Falls.. called Wheel & Tire Outlet. It's next to a Wendy's and an audio shop.

Eibach is also a good spring.. but since you said budget minded sprint is what you are looking for. you can pick up a set of eibachs for $220 at shox.com

We just put Sprint springs on my roommates car and they are pretty nice for the amount that they cost. I am going to invest in a set myself. They are a lot stiffer than stock, but not to the point where the ride is unbearable. This is a good thing if your car is your daily driver.

It depends on what you are lowering the car for. If you want ultimate handling you should choose a spring with a high spring rate and pair that spring with a strut of high dempening rate, or a true coilover suspension setup. If looks are all you want you might want to look at the pseudo coilovers offered by Weapon R and Aerospeed. They will work with stock struts and allow you to adjust ride height at any time. I believe Sprint springs are more for looks than anything. I'm sure you will still experience reduced body roll though.
