OK,
I am convinced that no one offers aftermarket parts for 92 SL1 with the 1.9L SOHC engine. Why I don't know, I should have bought a 94 but I love my 92. Does anyone know where I could find an exhaust setup from the headers to the pipe or just the piping and muffler. I am not looking for that lawn mower sound but just better exhaust flow. Also if anyone wants to throw in any advice on finding anything for my car. I already found spoiler, lights, etc. But as far as intakes and stuff go I am clueless so far.

sps has them.
http://www.spswebpage.com
joe at saturnusedparts.com has much cheaper headers.the headers are 91 headers wich are about the same that sps uses.also about 150 bucks cheaper =P.A little welding will need to be done and for a good low deep tone I've had success using "Monza" brand mufflers. They look like tips realy but give off a nice low throaty sound.

I would get the 91 Header over anything the yield about the same powergaind as the aftermarket headers by HotShots that SPS sells

If you are about 20years old and you have or want aftermarket wheels you should probably buy the Hot Shot ceramic coated headers. Here's why. When you open up your hood to some neon guy you just raced, do you really want to say (about the ugly brown '91 header), "It is actually a header off a 91." You'd probably rather let the HS header speak for itself. How's that for reason?

The best thing to do is get the Saturn header jet-hot coated. You have to send it in to Jet-Hot which is somewhere I eastern PA...I can't remember the city. Give them a few days and you will have a header that is coated inside and out, will not rust, and is cheaper than the Hotshot.

As for a header - good luck on your search. A 92 single header is not offered specifically although SPS shows a 94+ SOHC header for $350. And the difference between the 92 and 94 exhaust manifold would be...? And why do they offer a header for the 91's and 92's - that come with factory headers? Saturn Motorsports has the same headers for $30 less, and lists them correctly as 91-99 for the SOHC's. http://www.saturnsandiego.com/Motorsports/index.html#script
