Here's a fun statistal fact. In a group of 60+ people, it is a statistical certainty that at least two people will have the same birthday.

I did get to try this out once. I was at a church function, and there were about 50-60 people present. We did an activity that involved lining up in order of our birthdays, and there were two people with the same birthday. I think there may have even been a second pair.

This is a famous statistical problem, mainly because it doesn't seem logical. The thing to keep in mind is that ANY birthdate has to match, not a specific date. If I wanted to match MY birthday, then I would need about 365 people.

Do a search for "birthday problem" on Google for more info.
