I have just finished replacing my AC accumulator on Saturn SL1'93. It was not very hard. To get an access to it and to those hose connectors you need to take the plastic shield under the radiator off, and also undo the fastener that holds a plastic box protecting the accumulator from under. To get the radiator shield off you will need 10mm socket. The fastener that hold the plastic protecting box is located inside the bumper cover right at the corner. It is rather hard to get it off, I just broke mine, will replace.
Hose connections were rather easy to unscrew, I used 19mm wrench for the condenser connection and 17mm for the next one. I could not find the right size for the other nuts and simply used an adjustable wrench which worked well for me since connections were not very tight at all ( I held one side with the adj wrench and the other with 19 or 17mm ).
Accumulator is being held there by the bracket secured to the frame by 10mm nut. It was rather rusty, but I managed to unscrew it without a problem. I could not get the accumulator down and out of the bumper because one of the hoses got stuck somewhere under the headlight, so I had to take the hl off, not a big deal. It took me about 20 minutes max to take the old accumulator off the car.
