Hockey and drag racing fan here. Could not care less who wins the Stupid Bowl. It usually falls on my birthday and it really stinks going out that weekend for my birthday. I have to put up with all the STUPID idiots who smoke, drink, and YELL louder than a race car roaring down the 1/4 mile. Wouldn't be so bad if they did it, like, once an hour or so, but they do that crap every 5-10 seconds and it really stinks. So glad that this year, I am STUPID bowl free for my birthday!!!!
It's dumb that these guys get paid so much to play this game, but cry over stupid things like hurt toes and broken fingers.. BOO HOO. I have seen hockey plays out on the ice playing while things are broken, torn, bruised, battered, and nearly fallen off.. You'd think big ol' millionaire football players could play with an injury or two..
Oh well. I like College level better. Less press (well, not in Ohio State's case, obviously, ugh!), less doing it for the money, less issues with corruption (again, not in Ohio State's case, obviously), and more character in it.. Even in Ohio State's case.
AND, just in case anyone doubted, I STILL LOVE Ohio State, despite our minor set-backs with a few certain people.. hehehe..

I have been a Patriots fan for a long time, even when they were really bad. This year they are the best team in the NFL, 14 wins in a row. They don't have any superstars, no guys pulling out pen from their socks, or cell phones from goal posts, just good players. I have family in NC, and I don't know much about the Panthers, but the Pats will destroy them. GO PATS!

Well until they get a standardized playoff system the "national championship" will always be in doubt. I do agree that most NFL players are big whiny crybabies :cry: that wouldn't last 2 plays with the likes of Johnny Unitas, Dick Butkus, Mike Ditka, and others of that time period.
