I just installed the OEM style header and used these sites to help me out. I wanted to make it easier to find so I grouped them here so you don't have to search like I did.
To clean

It took me about 3.5 hours of labor and had it welded up at a shop.
NOTE: My 94 Oxygen Sensor works just fine
