07 'Suspension Knock Under Weight Shift - What Is It?

Greetings.

I have an 07' with 87K of roughly trouble free miles. The car has recently developed a knock of sorts, seemingly coming from the suspension somewhere.
It typically happens as I move from a stop, especially while turning, or traveling up or down a hill. It seems to occur while the weight of the vehicle is shifting, and the sound comes from what I believe to be a foot in front of the passenger from underneath. The sound varies in some degree to how loud it is, and seems to be intermittent, but it does seem to happening br more often.

Any ideas of where to start? I performed a precursory inspection of the suspension with not obvious problems. Thanks for any help.

Simple first step ...

Level ground, open hood, have an assistant aggressively "bounce" front of Vue.

See if noise is from passenger side strut area ... if yes ... many times you can spray with lubricant (I prefer silicone) or replace strut mount.

If no, bounce again and check drivers side for same indication.

If strut mounts are OK ... could be sway bar end-links or bushings.
