I have some vibration in the seat at about 65 had 4 new tires installed and balanced, new center support bearing installed.. could this be an alignment problem. It was really bad originally and after replacing center support bearing it improved greatly but still exists. It drives straight and does not move from one side to the other, I am puzzled, any ideas?

2002 vue awd w 120k miles. It seems to come from the rear. Any other bearings go bad on this one maybe hub bearing? How to tell?

Most likely cause of highway vibration at Interstate speeds is tire/wheel. The drive shaft sections have been known to cause a 'buzz' at 45-50 mph, but at 65 it would be so fast you probably wouldn't feel it - the drive shaft rotates about 3.5 times faster than the wheels. The shafts can be taken loose and 'turned over' 180 degrees which sometimes helps, but it doesn't sound to me like you need to do that. It could be a slightly bent wheel, a faulty tire or just a poor balancing job. As a little test, set your cold tire pressures according to the door sticker - no higher, and see if that changes anything.

funny thing i looked at weights on vehicle tires 1 tire has 2.25 and the rest 1.0 i wonder if this means anything?

possible driveshaft out of balance concern, it sounds weird but i see it fairly often at the dealership here, take out the driveshaft and drive it, if the vibration is gone, youd need to send the shaft out to a shop with the equipment to balance it, after so long the shafts build up rust and will lead to an out of balance concern, it seems like you have most other vibration avenues covered. Also on rare occasions the rear drive module will cause a vibration/growl at highway speeds, its really noticable when making parking lot turning maneuvers also, just some ideas
