2003 Vue Spark plugs

I am going to tackle the water pump, thermostat (gaskets) and timing belt because of the coolant temp low code. Some have suggested to replace the spark plugs. Which are the better ones to get and is there a procedure for replacing them. I have worked on Chevy V8'sfor years and this is my first forray into the NEW gen motors.

If you are producing a P0128 code, most likely it is the t-stat. I had to fix that problem on my own 2003 Saturn Vue about 2-3 weeks ago. Not easy to replace if you aren't a mechanic.
