04 VUE AWD RDM Fluid Level

Question about the fluid level spec in the RDM. Can I add Versatrak until it is level with the bottom of the fill hole, or is that too high? Spec is about 1/2 inch lower than the bottom of the hole. Thanks, Eric

Just drain it all out and refill with 750 ml of VersaTrak fluid.
That comes close to the bottom the threads on the fill hole on mine.

The fill level is supposed to be 8-17 mm below the bottom of the fill plug. The service manual is fairly specific about this so it is not something that you want to overfill.
