Headrest Removal?

Hello everyone, my wife and I wish to remove the rear most (3rd Seat) headrests for better visibility, does anyone how difficult is it to do please? Or has anyone done it that can tell us what to do exactly? Greatly appreciated.

ive had that problem also but i think it is easier to fold down the seat when no one is sitting there than it is to have to put back the headrests everytime someone sits there.

On my 2007 Relay 1, when I let the 3rd row seat down, the headrest very conveniently tilts up. This is nice, in that the headrest doesn't bang against the second row of seats, and the seats then go down further.

At first I didn't realize the 3rd row headrests did this, so I thought I'd mention it here.
