Wiper Arm

I was wondering if the wiper arm on a 2002 and 2006 Vue are the same the spring broke on my friends 02 and we cant find a local saturn dealer open and was wondering if i could use the wiper arm off my 06 untill the dealer opens.

was also wonder if i could just maybe switch wiper arms until i get a new one meaning driver and passenger side.

They aren't the same length arms. Be super careful not to let the arm smack the windshield or you'll be replacing that too!

Yes, they're the same - 19" PS and 24" DS.

When I said they weren't the same, I should have qualified that by saying the driver's side and passenger sides aren't the same size, but they should be the same from year to year.

And Kodak is NOT KIDDING about the wiper arm breaking the windshield. Don't ask. Just remember when changing blades to put something like a piece of thick cardboard on the windshield where the end of the arm would hit if it snapped down.
