2007 Vue Horn & Security System Problem

I have a 2007 Vue with 5000 miles on it and I have noticed that my security system (from factory) is not arming at times and when that happens the horn does not work at all.I took it into to the dealer and was told everything was working and no error codes from the computer.Has anyone else had this same problem???? The next time this happens I am going to call onstar and have them do a diagnostic check on it and see if the error codes show up then.Let me know if anybody else is having this same problem..

Does your horn chirp when pressing the lock button twice on your keyfob?

Does the emergency horn button on the keyfob work?

Does the "Security" light on the instrument cluster illuminate when locking the vehicle with the keyfob?

Can you manually sound your horn by pressing on the steering wheel?

The horn does not chirp when I press the button 2 times,also when pressing the panic button the horn does not sound.The security light on dash is lit but the horn is totally disabled.I attampted pressing the horn manually and the horn will not work at all.This is happening intermittently and I have had the vehicle now for 9 months without any problems.
