Changes to a TSB?

I noticed that TSB 03-06-02-002 now has an "A" added to it and now is listed as 03-06-02-002A has an updated date of Feb 05.

This is for the dreaded P0128 code. I read on another web site that this may now be a PCM calibration vs a thermostat replacement (already have the T-shirt on that one).

Can anyone confirm if the diagnosis has changed in the updated TSB?

That TSB is still for replacing the t-stat. No mention of a PCM reprogram anywhere in it. The update to the TSB is to add the L-series 2002-2005 L-series engines and updated parts.
