Will AWD be available with the 4 cylinder 08 Vue?

No. The XE with the 2.4 I4 is FWD. The XE AWD moves to the 3.5 V6. The XR with the 3.6 DOHC V6 can be had with FWD or AWD.

You wouldn't want it anyway I don't think. That 4 cyl is gonna be pokey, add a couple hundred pounds of AWD and it'll really be a slug.
