Video: Jill Lajdziak Explains the Reasoning Behind the Creation of the "Ask Jill" Initiative

Saturn has always been focused on building and developing personal relationships with its customers. In the video below, Saturn general manager Jill Lajdziak explains how the brand's desire to maintain an open and honest dialogue led to the creation of "Ask Jill" in early June.

Jill has been with Saturn since the mid-1980s — starting out as the manager of retailer selection. She has a unique first-hand knowledge about the effort involved to make Saturn into the "Saturn" we've all come to love, how and why its customer-focused mission was created, and what makes its people, cars, and processes different. If you've got a question about Saturn, there's no better person to ask. Head over to Saturn.com to ask Jill.

Following Saturn's lead, and taking a page from brand's innovative and customer-friendly approach to doing business, General Motors just recently added its own "Tell Fritz" page to GM.com earlier this month. It asks visitors share ideas, thoughts, and suggestions directly with GM CEO Fritz Henderson.
