New 'ImSaturn' Website Shows Just How Serious Saturn is About Connecting with Customers

Since its early days as an upstart subsidiary of General Motors, Saturn has always been an innovator. Never satisfied to leave well enough alone, the brand often pushes the envelope of conventional wisdom in order to differentiate itself from its competition with a common sense approach to vehicle design and customer service. Saturn's hassle-free no haggle sales process, 30 day exchange policy, and 24/7 live chat are just some of the brand's most well known customer service innovations.

A lot has changed during the nearly twenty years that Saturn has been building and selling cars, and the brand has had to modify its business model to adapt to an ever changing automotive landscape. We also plan to make it easy for ImSaturn members to learn about Saturn events."

Creating a two-way dialogue with Saturn enthusiasts will let the brand give information to, and receive feedback directly from, folks who cherish the company most. Saturn General Manager Jill Lajdziak wrote in her ImSaturn blog that "Saturn has always provided a unique customer experience, so we are very pleased to offer Saturn owners and fans this innovative way to interact with each other and with us."

ImSaturn is a terrific site that does indeed give Saturn owners and prospective customers a corporate-sponsored platform to share information and interact with other enthusiasts. The Saturn team really did a nice job with the design and layout. By all current indications, Saturn has hit on its hands, and it will be interesting to see how the site develops over the coming weeks and months. It really is a brilliant way for the company to connect with folks. Putting people first is something that I'd argue Saturn does better than any other auto brand in the market today, and with an ever-evolving and expanding outlook on customer service, Saturn is sure to continue to lead the industry in new and exciting ways.
