This equipment is some of the nicest sounding stuff you'll ever hear and is not cheap but very much worth what I'm asking for. All prices not including shipping and may be negotiable. I'll accept money orders or PayPal:

Alpine CDA-7995 - 3x 4v Preamp outputs ONLY, no power outputs. So you have to have a amp with this HU. The audio quality is the best I've ever heard out of a car stereo when property amped. Info on Cruthfield. Review and Spec List.
Looking to get $180 or in trade for a cheap regular 4 channel half din radio and some cash.

Alpine MRV-F545 4 Channel amp - 125w x 4 @ 4ohm, 250w x 4 @ 2ohm, 125w x 2 500w x 1 in bridge mode (yes...can run your rears AND 500w to a sub). Specs and reviews PriceGrabber. Users Manual.
Looking to get $240 for this, its in almost new shape.

MB Quart RWE204 8" DVC - Dual 4 ohm voice coils (I used as left and right at 4 ohm, can bridge or series for 2 or 8). 150w RMS. Made for a small enclosure but sounds decent free air as long as you don't abuse it. Specs and stuff. Looking for $50 for this.

I also have the rear deck I used to mount the reference components and sub in my rear deck. Its for a 3rd gen coupe and I will make a even trade for a replacement deck if interested:
