The system and how to tune it:

Exactly what is for sale here:
http://web.me.com/dgiessel/itbs/index.html
A description of what you get:
1. ITB Base Manifold (fits all gens, may or may not clear Power Steering pump, I remove PS and AC on all the cars I own, so I do not know if it will fit with the pump ... may require notching).
2. ITB setup form Hayabusa with linkage modified for 3rd gen Saturn throttle cable. No modification required to the OE throttle cable.
3. Fuel rail configured for 3rd gen (returnless) fuel system. No modification required to the fuel system. You will need to splice on older Bosch style connectors as my setup uses the older injectors. I ran 330 cc Quad 4 H.O. injectors which I've sold separately. I am including 4x 195 cc low impedance injectors (which I also ran, but were much closer to 100% duty). Low imp injectors require a resistor pack inline but switch faster for better fuel control.
4. Inlet trumpets trimmed to clear the engine bay along with all hose clamps and couplers required for installation.
5. Vac manifold and super sweet/ghetto hose ball valve manual idle adjuster. I used this to adjust my idle RPM. It worked fine. Just had to use my foot to keep the plates cracked during cold start. An ambitious user could install a high idle solenoid and valve.
6. Coolant block. This allows you to hook up the heater to the block. I separated it from the manifold so I could install/remove the manifold more easily during the development phase.
What else you will need:
A full standalone engine management system. I can tell you how to run this setup using MAP very very effectively. I used Throttle Position load sense but later learned how to do MAP and make it run almost like stock. That said, I ran it on TP load sense for 17,000 miles and it was pretty good. I will provide my fuel and ignition maps and some tuning advice/help for the lucky buyer.
Some vac lines and check valves (to plumb it for use with MAP load sense).
Some small filters for the velocity stacks (or you could fab an airbox to sit atop them). I just used bailing wire and metal screen, but some people insist on filtering intake air. Whatever.
My base price is $500 plus shipping to wherever you are. It'll be $25 to $40 to ship. If you already have a standalone EMS this system could be running in a day or two. It's as close as you're ever going to get to a bolt on ITB setup. I want to sell this system to someone who is actually going to run it, so please PM me and let me know what your plan is for it if you're interested. Would love to hear/see some videos of a crotch rocket sounding 1.9L again.
For someone doing an all out NA build, I will include my '92 header (listed here also) for an additional $50 bucks. These parts with an 11:1 block and ported head netted me over 150 at the wheels with insane response.
