For Sale 2001 Saturn SC2 3 Door Coupe
Very clean Saturn - runs great and gets good gas mileage:
60k original miles on the car.
Engine head rebuilt with new valves/valve job/milling 15k miles ago. Slight compression bump resulted in more power and better gas mileage.
New battery, newer brakes, springs, struts, belt, and more.
30 MPG on 89 octane, around 32 MPG on 93 octane.
Power everything (automatic transmission, power locks, power windows, keyless entry, keyless trunk opening, factory security system, etc). No A/C (could be added back in).
Engine bay fully degreased and cleaned.
Passed Ohio eCheck easily this past February.
9 speaker audio system with 8 rear deck mounted sub.
Body is in good shape overall, very few scratches. Front bumper needs repainting.
Multiple performance upgrades have been done over the years including:
Motegi MR-7 16 x 7 alloy wheels with Toyo PZ4 Proxes performance radials. About 40% on rears and 60% on fronts left.
Lowering springs (H&R performance springs with 1.2 drop in front and 1.3 drop in rear).
Performance struts (KYB GR2s). Ride is rougher then stock but very responsive.
Aftermarket warm air intake (AEM).
Fully custom 2 Ό exhaust including stainless steel header (OBX), hi flow catalytic (CatCo) converter, high flow resonator (Thrush), and turbo muffler. Throaty but not overly loud.
Electrical system upgraded from 6ga to 4ga wire throughout engine bay. Plug wires also replaced and upgraded.
Safe car (5 star frontal crash rating for driver and passenger) thats sporty to drive and has many years left in it. I simply dont have the room or need for a second car. 12 gallon tank gets over 300 miles before needing to refuel
a good reliable car for a teenager or young adult.
Based on Kelly Blue Book, the performance modifications, and the newer or already replaced parts Im asking $4500 obo.
