This car would make a great parts car (150,000 miles and more). It is no longer reliable enough to meet my needs (I drive 100 miles a day), but it still runs fairly well. Within the past 3 years or so I have replaced the following parts:
-windshield
-alternator
-muffler
-rear brake lines
-brake pads
-front passenger lower control arm
I put new snow tires on the car last year and that cost me nearly $500. The tires are still in fantastic condition and they are mounted on the original alloy rims that came with the car. There are some issues with it (such as the gas gauge needle fluctuating wildly), so the car is being sold as is.
I can post pictures this weekend (I leave and get home in the dark, so I can't take them during the week).
I'd really love for this car to go to someone who will use it for at least all the parts I put into it, rather than giving it to some junkyard to rot away.
