I need a valve cover for a '99 SC2. Since it's for my girlfriend's car, I would really like another black plastic one, even though I know the older ones will work too (i really want to avoid her dad finding out i screwed up her valve cover!). Let me know how much shipped to 74074. Thanks!

the '99 DOHC was kind of a transition year engine. some are the older style and some are the newer style where the head is not as wide as earlier ones. find out which one you have and i'll search the junkyards for 'ya!

If you have the 9 bolt exhaust manifold , you need the narrow one. If you have the 5 bolt manifold , you need the wide one. Either way , I have both. Let me know if you still need it.
