TCM its often called. The Hydralic "brain" that sits on top of the tranny when you take the cover off it.
I believe a 93 through 96 SL are all the same. If you have a Saturn your parting out it takes about 20 min to pull one out.

That part is the valve body. And the interchange is early 91 , late 91 and 92 , 93-94 and 95-02.

If you're in San Francisco, Just goto any of the bay area pick-n-pulls. You should be able to pick one up for a LOT less than what you're offering.
