I've got a set of 4, P185/65/R14 Roadstone Eurowing snow tires on steel rims. They have been used two seasons and have tallied maybe 15,000km's between my old SC1 and my wifes SL1 which was recently written off.
The tires are in great shape, no punctures or anything and still have probably 85% of their tread. The rims are from a scrapped S-Series, and the paint is faded and they have some rust on them but do the job just fine.
We had great luck with these tires, they are awesome in deep snow and slush, even ice traction isn't as bad as I originally expected.

Lowered my price, figured $62.50 per wheel/tire is fair. I paid $95 per tire and $30 per wheel.
