I have a hotshot header and a k&n intake for a saturn sc2. I have them on a 2002 sc2 but im pretty sure the header will fit the lower years too. Im positive its not made exactly for the 02 because the EGR valve doesnt hook up. There is no hole for the EGR valve hookup. The older years dont need this hole for the EGR valve anyway. The K&N intake is basically custom. It goes like the oem intake but the folter goes down into that hole where the box for the oem intake is. I got some piping and put it togehter and WHA LA. The intake and the header sound GREAT together, especially at night when its cold and clear. THe header has a VERY SMALL crack on one of the welds but it DOES NOT LEAK. Comes with header, bracket, downpipe, exhaust clamp and a peice of the stck exhaust that attaches to the downpipe. The exhaust clam it so you wouldnt have to weld but if you would like to weld, its ready to be done. PLUG AND PLAY.

Just a note: 2002 DOHC has a 9-bolt exhaust manifold. This matches with '99-'02. This will not bolt up to '91-'98, which have a 5-bolt exhaust manifold.
