Saturn "took over" Times Square for a special event prior to the start of the New York Auto Show on Tuesday, April 11, 2006 in New York. MotorAuthority: Saturn Vue "Hyline" Concept Hybrid Bound for SEMA Show
Automotive enthusiast site MotorAuthority reports that Saturn will showcase a hybrid Vue concept called "Hyline" at the upcoming Specialty Equipment Manufacturing Associate (SEMA) auto show later this week. According to the website, the Saturn Vue Hyline was developed in conjunction with Sound Choice and Performance.

Newspaper Praises Saturn's Auto Show Display
The close of any major auto show always ends with a variety of "best pick" lists highlighting the best and worst of the event. The doors to the North American International Auto Show closed this weekend, and on Friday the Michigan Business Review published its list of the top five "most informative displays" at the show.

Saturn can add yet another distinction to its growing list of accolades garnered by its revitalized lineup. Earlier this week, the Detroit News named the upcoming 2009 Vue Green Line 2 Mode hybrid the most significant vehicle on display at this year's North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The sophisticated hybrid will go on sale before the end of the year.

Rumors of the subcompact Opel Corsa coming stateside to join Saturn's lineup have been circulating for long time. The idea became a matter of when – not if – in October 2006 when GM vice chairman Bob Lutz told Automotive News that the company does indeed plan to sell a version of the next-generation Corsa in the United States.
